Custom Message Orders

Step 1: Fill the form

• To request a personalized version of any product, simply fill out the customization form provided on the page. You’ll be asked to share:
• Heading (2–5 words) — e.g., "To My Mom", "To My Wife", etc.
• Body message (20–60 words) — exactly as you want it to appear.
• Footer message (3–6 words) — e.g., "With Love – Your Son", etc.
• Background image upload (if you want to replace the current one)
• Additional instructions or requests.
• If you encounter any issues with the form or prefer to submit your request via email, you can also contact us directly at amenajuli@gmail.com. Just make sure to include all the necessary details listed above in your message.

Step 2: We Customize It

We’ll add your custom message to the item and send you a preview once it’s ready. Your creation will receive a unique reference code with the title (e.g., SO-RVM-102) for easy identification.

Step 3: View & Order

Within 48 hours, your personalized item will be listed under the Custom Message Orders category with its reference code. You’ll have 5 days to place your order before it is permanently removed.

Important Notes:

• A $5 customization fee will be added to the item's original price. For example: An item priced at $59.95 will cost $64.95 with a custom message.
• Promotional discounts do not apply to customized items. Customized items are only available at the original retail price, plus a $5.00 customization fee.
